Last night we tried the Spicy lentil and vegetable wedge from Goodlife, it is comprised mostly from chickpeas and lentils. It smelt really delicious while it was cooking, which is always a good indication :) I found it really well spiced and the chickpeas gave it a wholesome texture, it also had mango running through it which gave it a really subtle sweetness. We were disappointed that there were only two in the packet as we loved them, and we are going to hunt them down so that we can enjoy them again. If you like indian spiced food and enjoy a bit of heat along with it then definitely give these a try, we haven’t had anything like them before and we think that Goodlife are doing it right.
Vegetable medley - Pan fried sugar snap peas, green beans, fresh peas, sweetcorn and pine nuts. Seasoned with lime juice and fresh basil.
